ABOUT US

Match Staffing was originally started in Montgomery, Alabama as Snelling Personnel and later known as Snelling Staffing. Rick Marks, purchased the Snelling franchise in 2003 and operated it as Snelling Staffing until the expiration of his franchise agreement in 2013. In 2013, Rick Marks purchased the rights from Snelling to continue to operate as an independent staffing operation. Hence, Match Staffing was borne. Since becoming an independent staffing operation, our business has grown and we’ve continued to service the same great clients and people of central Alabama. In 2022 Match was acquired by a larger workforce holding company and continues to operate under the Match Staffing brand.
