Match Staffing is committed to our employees and offers competitive pay and benefits. Our insurance package is Essential StaffCARE. The plan was exclusively designed for those in temporary and short-term assignments.
Employees are eligible to enroll during their first 30 days of employment and also annually during the company-wide open enrollment period. You may select coverage for yourself (employee) only, employee + children, employee + souse, or employee + spouse + children.
Insurance coverage is your choice and handled by a payroll deduction. If there are periods of time when you are not on an assignment thru Match, you may continue coverage for a period of time thru self-pay.
